Sqwee! Finally, a full body pic of my Watery :D! I spent a lot of time pondering how I would do the bottom half of this costume, since on the card Watery has a mermaid tail, and when she's water-ing around outside the card she just has a trailing body of nothingness... I ultimately decided to do a hybrid of both ideas xD. Sequining the tail was a lot of fun (shiny scales!!
