Q-Chan plushie that I made to go with the Count D costume I’m working on. He’s not actually in the illustration of the outfit I’m making but I wanted to have him since he’s usually sitting on D’s shoulder and one of the most recognizable animals from the series. His coloration has varied in the manga and I chose the yellow and purple version from the cover of volume 8 since I thought it was cutest. ^_^

I made the pattern for this myself and sewed the entire thing by hand, including embroidery for the face. The ears have boning in them to help them stand up and the wings and feet are wool interfaced with felt to help stiffen them. I inserted magnets into the feet and plan to put another into the shoulder of the costume so that the plushie can cling to me.

I think it came out decently but could have been better. *is not very experienced with making plushie patterns* ^_^;; I probably made him a bit bigger than he is supposed to be and the body should be more of a pear shape. I really like how the wings and feet came out though.
