Okay, I got rid of the horrible short skirt, and tried this costume again. This time I got a green wig and everything! Unfortunately on the day of the convention, it had gotten so tangled, I couldn't even wear it, so now pluto has short black and red hair! Oh, well, at this point I just didn't care anymore...
