Even though I'm a crazy fan of Howl's Moving Castle, the first Sophie I ever knew was the orphan girl from Roald Dahl's book, "The BFG." I had an audiobook of it as a child that I listened to when I went to bed each night, and I can still hear in my head the actor saying the first sentence of the book: "Sophie couldn't sleep." So here's another Sophie, unable to sleep.

And yeah, my bows are kinda craptacular...I made proper bows that I totally forgot to take with me to Otakon, so I used some of my spare fabric that I had in my suitcase in case of repairs to make emergency replacements.
