Nope it's for AN'08 I didnít want to lose my nerve to make this costume since itís so complicated so a made the fans in advance to force myself to do it right lol

I made the design in Adobe Illustrator and printed it out on Avery Dark T-Shirt Transfer paper.

I just finished the tutorial for these fans here

lol I was planning on make a tutorial about them next weekend when I have the time.

Original I was going to paint some really cheap fans I bought in china town but the water disintegrated the paper >_< The sticks are made of Bamboo from the original fan.
