Posted because someone on cosplaylab asked me for pictures and about how I made it. There really aren't good shots of me from AN wearing it (It always seemed to disappear into the background), so I figured I'd use my crappy camera phone, so please forgive the quality (and the weird things attached to my wall ...).

Construction notes: Headband made of millinery wire, dragon itself made of wonderflex. It’s actually painted with black gesso (I tried to sand it ... but I was running out of time and it just made it look worse). I've never added the red jewels to it because I a) lost them, and b) can't find a nice oval one for the center of the dragon. Oh, the wonderflex is kind of floppy, so there's more millinery wire in the back of the dragon to act as support. Looks kind of crappy from behind...
