After attempting to spray paint the stripes and other details, I ended up hand brushing them on with Tulip soft fabric paint #Bl 15784 matte glacier white. I used three coats to get an even finish. One 1 oz. bottle is enough to complete both shoes. I paid $1.50 from Michaels Crafts. The brush is a Loew-Cornell 8F fabric dye brush.
