This is Hurricane PBS at the CNE back at the end of 2006's summer. If you've never been, it was once a great place to buy stuff from around the world that you couldn't get anywhere else. Not so much of a problem these days. And of course, this shot would have been a lot nicer had it lacked the background characters. ^_^*
