closeup of the detailing. it's my first time using satin stitching--it eats so much thread! I tore apart store bought frogs and used the knot to create more accurate ones. I also handpainted the back of all the gems with this really nice and really sparkly blue paint...the results are really photogenic.

this costume is for my friend natalie to wear for our trinity blood group at ohayocon 2007.
