Infectious Mania Act II/Coll:set Hizumi costume.

This was finished in a rush and could have been a lot better if I had given myself more time to finish it. The sleeves are bunched too much, making the sleeves too short, but I didn't have time to try it on before wearing it so I didn't realize this until I wore it. Didn't have the contacts and didn't do my makeup hizumi-like the day this picture was taken either. (My hair was also purple from cosplaying Kaoru... thus the black and white picture.) -_-;; Hopefully I'll find time to fix it up and do a better job next time!
