Using a Mapp gas torch, I brazed the pieces together. The "2" symbol is a piece of 16 ga. sheet like the rest, cut on a bandsaw and finished with a grinder. To attach it, I drilled 3 holes in the base material then brazed them together through the holes before attaching the rest of the parts together. The next step will be to sand blast the piece.
