The collar-plate. Constructed in the same manner as the crown - plastic canvas, gift-wrap, hot glue, packing tape, pale brass embossing foil, jump rings, and a choker wire. The brooch in the middle was one my grandmother gave me many years ago with some other costume jewelry. Hmm.. costume... cosplay... same difference...
