Hey look! I found decent pictures from the Youmacon 2006 masquerade (which is really the only point that I wore this costume unfortunately). Many thanks to whoever took these photos. ^_^

The picture on the right finally shows what most of the front of my costume looks like. Although I'm proud of my workmanship, there's just something about this costume that doesn't sit right on me. The boob armor is off kilter, which puts off the whole top of the dress, and for some reason the dark brown faux suede makes it look like I don't have a waist or hips ... weird ... Ah well. I like my wrist emblems though. They're my favourite part of the whole costume. ^_^

I'm going to try and fix HW up for Ad Astra at the beginning of March. If it doesn't look right after that I may just give up on it. Silly me taking on projects that don't work ...
