It's funny because I was trying to look for a clean spot on the floor to take this picture.
I had actually ordered a pair of boots for this costume, but they were not sent on time, so they just gave me my money back.... and so, I solved the foot issue with some stockings! (three layers, to be exact). Hopefully by the next time I wear this, I'll have decent boots ^^
