Once upon a time, these were 14" party shop wings of just white fluff.....
Each quill is individually painted to add some depth. I didn't want to be rude to anyone and beat people down with a wing-span, but I wanted to have wings of the proportions of the picture, so I tried to make them look like closed wings, folded down.
