Kogumi - I don't think you'll need a realistic picture from what your hair looks like now to what you want. It's not that much of a difference, I'd just tell them you want sloppy layers, and to make your hair a point in the back. That hair style you want is nothing too extreme, you probably don't even need a picture at all, you could probably get away with just telling them just fine.
