Technically,

Comic QQ is more geared towards Taiwanese and Chinese cosplayers. I know they cover Japan cosplayers and events as well, but its more to the interest of Taiwanese and Chinese.
A really good spot would be CosCure
There are others though, you just gotta search under the right word, like cosplay in Japanese which is コスプレ (Kosupure or Cosupure). Hope this helps! =D
