I too got ripped off buy Chico for my Tifa Lockhart AC outfit about 6 months ago. I payed $150 for it and NEVER got it. I am trying to get as much info on her as I can so that I can go after her for my money. I know her name, and only have a guess at her adress. If anyone has any information please let me know as soo as possible.
