Beyond that, the same observations I have with almost all of those bulk ebay sellers: they're probably not showing you costumes they've made, the person doing the selling probably isn't the one who will be making your costume, they probably aren't costumers themselves and aren't overly concerned about details; and while none of this means that they can't make you the costume you want, you have no guarantee that they can, either. In addition, the feedback on that one looks HIGHLY suspect.
