if you dont want to use bondo, i dont see why something like modeling clay or wonderflex wouldnt work. of course ive never used either, so i really wouldnt know.
and im planning a skull sader cosplay and i was wondering if this would work. and for those of you who dont know what a skull sader is, heres some reference pics.
