I think it was about 2 weeks from payment to receving them in the mail.
Pros: she was very professional, fast, and friendly. The patches are top quality. I had heard of her through a friend who commissioned patches from her before. Her prices are reasonable, with normal shipping (envelope) included. I had a very great experience with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a custom patch.
