Timeline:I believe I first e-mailed her in March-April, and I received my patches well before my deadline of the first weekend of July.

Describe your Experience: Very awesome to work with. She updated me any time there was progress, was very professional and polite the entire time. No cons to speak of, but if you want custom embroidered patches, they don't get any more professional looking than hers.

Final Grade:A++
