Timeline: Late December of 2006 to mid-March of 2007 (deadline wasn't until April '07)

Pros:
Customer service: QQ had good communication throughout the process; my friend and I were the first to commission this particular cosplay from them and there were a few complications on our end (first because some of his measurements were inaccurate, so they had to be re-sent, and second because I was having problems with my Paypal account.) They were very patient in handling our issues. The costumes arrived on time (mine with plenty of time to spare, my friend's arrived just in time because he paid later than I did). The price was very reasonable in my opinion.

Quality of cosplay: I was (and still am) extremely pleased with the costume. First and foremost I have to draw attention to the HOLY emblem on the left shoulder of the uniform; the quality of the embroidery blew me away, it looks absolutely beautiful. Can't say enough good things about it. The fit is great, it's comfortable to wear, and I just feel thrilled every time I have an excuse to put it on. Just about everything was neat and well-assembled.

Cons: There are a few cons. My costume arrived with a mark from a ballpoint pen on it; it looked like someone was holding a pen while packaging it or something. It wasn't too bad and I was able to get most of it cleaned off.

The main issue I have is with the white sleeves that cover the forearms. These pieces are separate from the uniform; they velcro closed around the arm, which is usually fine but tends to come undone if you move too much. Additionally, since they aren't attached to the jacket they have a tendency to slide off. I remedy this by using safety pins both to keep them closed and connect them to the jacket. It's not a huge deal but it is a hassle any time I'm getting into or out of the costume, as for my cosplay I also use a prop that fits underneath one of the sleeves, making it that much more complicated to keep closed.

Finally, it would have been nice for the slacks to have pockets, but I can't blame them for that; I assumed their would be pockets but never specifically asked for them, so it's more my fault than theirs.
I don't have anything negative to say about their customer service.

Final Grade: A -
