Height does not matter in my opinion. I'm 10 cm taller than Alice. (Who is 150 cm.) If anyone is curious, Echo is 160 cm, and Oz is 162 cm~ I got the info from

This site has a manga gallery and if I remember correctly, Volume 8's cover is Cheshire and it looks like it's black. (Or maybe my computer screen colours are wonky.) (Yay! A Cheshire cosplayer!)
