Timeline (how long your order took to process) I ordered the items in the very end of August, and received them on November 10th.
Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments.
Pros: The work is high quality- they sent me exactly what the advertised, and it fit perfectly.
Cons: Their communication is very shoddy. It's hit or miss whether they'll respond to emails. One day they were emailing me the date they would ship, but then they never emailed the tracking number. So, they aren't the kind of commissioners you can expect frequent updates or fast responses from.
Final Grade: B The costume itself was an A, communication was a C-, so I'm splitting the difference.
