Well, I have a new update about Chibi-Kun. I finally got contacted the other day. Chibi-Kun explained how it wasn't her fault for the wig never arriving, but the people she worked with. So she might pay a refund soon. I think her work is really good. I guess the people just messed up the order or something. So I'll give her a C.
