Suzie, I know that Joanns used to have that crinkled fabric in their All That Glitters line but I think they discontinued it but I still find some of the brand in the clearance area. Right after I bought my material, I saw a similar shade of the parks' dress that was crinkled and I was kicking myself for not picking it up first.
