if you snack with things like adding a glass of whole milk to each snack should probably do the trick in helping you gain weight. It should run around 130 calories each glass. 3 x a day is almost 400 calories a day and 2800 calories a week which isn't too far from pound a week. although your metabolism is very fast so it might not workout this way, but anything will help.
