Rin's default doesn't have a pleated shirt like Miku's. She wears shorts, like Len--->

As for a pattern, I don't have any on me, but I know in the LAYERS translation thread there are mini patterns for each of the main Vocaloids' default outfits. You could use Miku's pleated skirt pattern instead.
