1 1/2 cups homemade energy drink (honey, lemon juice, salt in water)
1 energy gel
8 steamed dumplings 2 cups water
chocolate milk
beef stew
2 pieces chocolate

exercise:

12 mile run 10 min Mile pace-done ^_^
