Today's Exercise:
Biceps & Core -
Ez Curl Bar Curls: 1 set warmup (empty bar), 3 sets (60lbs on bar)
Inside Curls: 4 sets (35s) (not sure what the actual name is but w/e)
DB Curls: 2 sets (35s) 1 slowwwww set (20s)
Weighted twists: 1 set standing (45lb plate), 2 sets seated-ish (25lb plate)
Bridges: 2 sets (30 seconds per side, then 30 seconds facing down)
10 min cooldown on treadmill

Yay fun day, and I'm pretty sure I can bump up some of those numbers next week
