Granola, yogurt blueberries, one cup of coffee, two cups of water
a string cheese, applesauce and yogurt, two cups of water
spaghetti (whole wheat) with sausage in marinara, salad, one glass of red wine two cups of water
Tea or hot chocolate later. haven't decided yet ^_^ And of course more water.
Ran for 50 mins mostly 8.5 min miles with two mins of slow jogging between each mile.
