Food:
granola, yogurt, blueberries, two cups of coffee Two cups of water
spaghetti with marinara, clementine, two cups of water
rice and veggie soup, four potstickers, fried chicken and veggies over rice, much tea and water (date night ^_^)

Exercise:
50 ft of lunges, 2X20 push ups (7 modified), 25 sit ups, 50 obliques, 2X12 tricep dips, 2X12 butterflies (7 lbs)
45mins on stationary bike at >90 rpm
