Update from yesterday

Exercise
Walking: 3mph, 1.5 hours, 4.5 miles
Crunches: (500 standard)

Food
Breakfast: Lime chicken, rice, strawberry-mango smoothie
Lunch: LIme chicken, rice, baked beans
Dinner: Turkey sandwich with spinach and red peppers
