To start off, we're expecting a big snowstorm here in NY, so I'm planning on making a big pot of Cuban black bean soup
and a pan of apple crisp
to get us through the next few cold, snowed-in days.
Haha, I'm in New York too and I'm so excited for the snow! I'll be cooking filet of Sole with veggies and potatoes tonight if I have enough time. I wanted to try and get to the gym before the snow hits...I suppose it all depends on when the little white flakes decide to come down.
