Home made baguettes just came out of the oven. Eggplant parmesan (parmesan no doubt made with animal products) just went in. I've been cleaning the tomato sauce bowl by wiping it with leftover fresh mozzarella slices which I then eat and wash down with bordeaux also left over from making the sauce. I'm pretty happy right now! (:
The bakery next door to the sewing shop I frequent has stopped making macaroons because they are too labor intensive.
