2 sets of 50 reps for lunges,
2 sets of 45 reps for sit ups,
2 sets of 20 reps for squats,
2 sets of 25 reps on side squats,
2 sets of 18 reps on push-ups,
2 mile jogging,

I will get rid of my stomach pouch even if it kills me. >_<

Breakfast: 2 bowls of Honey nuts Cheerios, 2 bananas, 2 pieces of French toast, lots of water.
Lunch: 2 pieces of roasted chicken with fist-sized portion of steamed rice, lots of water.
Dinner: 1 bowl of honey Nuts Cheerios, 1 energy bar, 2 pieces of French toast, 1 can of Pepsi and lots of water.
