Two mini granola bars a cup of water
an energy gel, a quarter cup of energy drink, a cup of frozen yogurt, three cups of water
a club sandwich, some chips, two cups of water
four squares of pizza, bread and cheese, salad, a glass of wine, two cups of water
a glass of orange juice, more water

PHOENIX HALF-MARATHON! WOOO! I averaged a 9.4 min mile pace. I was hoping for 9 min/miles but I didn't think to add incline on my treadmill during my training so I was a little slower on the ground. I beat my old time by 10 minutes though ^_^ happy times.
