I'ma 15 yr old gal, and is 170cms tall XDD
ANy ideas on losing theigh weight? nothing seems to work for me cuz I have Hyper Mobility, my joints are super shallow and I can't do a lot of exercise without joint issues =3= When i do most excercise, its my joints working - not the muscles =3= I do about 500 crunches on a monday and thursday, run 5kms a week, and i swim for 2kms's twice a week..... I've cut down on fatty foods and fizzy drink T~T hahaha Any ideas for me to lose more theigh weight?
