I too recently ordered a wig from, but when I received the wig, it was a darker color than I wanted.

So now I'm trying to get a hold of them via their support email (it's their only means of communication they have on their site), but I have yet to hear back from them. And I need to return the wig and get a refund.

If I don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'll go through PayPal and see how they can help me.

The wig is a good quality, but thus far, I am completely underwhelmed by the customer service. =\
