For my Oyasumi horns, I ended up making them out of a fleece. I cut out two circles and swed them together, flipped it inside out [the fabric I was using had two different sides.], sewed a swirl in the center and then stuft them, and sewed it shut. I attached barrettes to the horns so they can be put on and off.

As far as the ears go, England doesn't have ears along with his horns. But if you really want to make them, I used white and pink fabrics, cut them into ear shapes, sewed them together and then I sewed the ears to the horns.
