I like a dark chocolate. I actually found a bar in a chocolate store in the strip district of Pittsburgh that was in a black paper wrapper and was 98% cacao. I can't remember the brand, I think it was South American. It had a glorious berry/coffee undertone that only the best dark chocolates get.
Right now, I have homemade truffles from a dark chocolate chunk I got in the bakery area of a grocery store. ^_^
