Describe your Experience. I ordered a custom made VOCALOID Toeto Luka fur hat from Tsukeru. The quality of the hat is AMAZING! She kept me updated frequently when progress was made with pictures and her communication was excellent! The hat was made in a very timely manner and was shipped quickly!
