When I did girl!Four I just kind of tweaked all the elements of the outfit to make them more girly without changing too much, although most of it was stuff I was able to buy instead of make, except the scarf, so I don't know how helpful that is? I'm in a group that's doing girl versions of all 11 Doctors at Dragon*Con this year and I'm not sure what our Five is doing yet, but I think our Ten plans on making his brown suit but with a pencil skirt instead of pants.
