Here's my first weigh in. My starting weight was taken in March, but I didn't start working out or change my diet until May.
Start Weight: 194
Goal Weight: 160
Current weight: 170.2
I love where I am at right now, but I'm gonna keep pushing to shred these last 10 pounds. I've gotten thinner, but I'm working to get a more lean physique. I don't know how to measure the body fat percentage, so I don't know that yet. I do know that right now, I'm wearing a size small shirt!
