I'm working on Stocking from Panty and Stocking with Garter Belt.

190 lbs
Now:
165 lbs
Goal: 135 lbs
Plan:
*Judo 1-2 days a week, more if possible.
*Lifting at least 1 but preferably 2-3 days per week when possible
*Carb cycling diet*
*Body building routine + strength training routine.
Con date: Nov 1
Wish me luck! I know I can't safely make my goal by this con, but I can potentially get there for Ohayocon in January
