What is the best way to make use of a camera that doesn't have the "best" megapixel quality? I'm thinking of doing some cosplay photography but I don't have the money to buy a professional camera, so instead I'll probably be using a digital camera that has average/maybe slightly above average photo quality... I know lighting and environment can bring out the best in any photo, but what else?
