I weight every week and even when in front of the tv, I usually walk in place/lift weights while watching tv. If there is nothing on, I have my mp3 playing while I walk. I also attend a weightloss group where we are constantly reminding each other how not
to eat and how much more we have to keep moving. A pedometer works, too, as we're supposed to be getting around 10,000 steps (5 miles) per day. I always aim for that number.
As strange as it sounds, I keep viewing pictures of people in skimpy cosplay as a reminder of how I can look like that, with enough exercise and eating right; no other reason. I look at others as inspiration for me.
