I'm finding it hard to stay motivated, I want to lose weight, I want to get into shape... But with the way my job is right now I a.) open the restaurant, so I don't have time to go to the gym with my bf and b.) am so exhausted having to get up at five in the morning, and running on only five hours of sleep... I'm doing the diet thing, water only, and I'm portioning out my meals... But I really need to start doing more exercise. I have the wii fit, I have the weights here to do some work out... I just can't seem to push myself...

Does anyone know of a way to get motivated in the first place? I was thinking of posting up a picture of the costume I want to get into, but I'm not sure if that will motivate me or just depress me even more. I feel bad about myself, I really do want to work out, but like I said, I'm just so exhausted that I can't feel myself exercising...
