So yeah, I'll go ahead and do this. So I turned 28 back in June, and I was thinking to myself "well shit, I'm in worse shape now than I was after my first knee surgery at 17, and honestly after every following surgery, can't take this"
Start this way on the 19th of June
Four weeks later I'm kinda rocking it and enjoying my higher energy levels and strength
Cue the start of Month 2, some things fall apart and I took a bit to get back on the train.
Three days ago, actually four now
